A bit about myself

Hi, I’m Luke, the creator of Triathlon Training 101. When I first started in endurance sports, I had minimal experience and no idea where to begin. Over the past several years, I’ve worked hard to improve my performance, completing multiple Ironman 70.3 races, several half marathons, and numerous cycling events. Each step of the journey has taught me the value of determination, smart training, and a well-rounded approach to fitness and nutrition.
